I was blessed with an opportunity to home school my son. At first I thought we were crazy starting homeschooling; giving up my identity as a teacher. But I quickly realized how amazing this opportunity was being a home school mom. I could tweak my sons lessons to match his personality and his learning style.
Leaving the traditional classroom has also allowed me to do what I really like to do! Help others- help others who are struggling and needing the extra support in math, reading, and writing.
It is at that moment, I decided to create Light Speed Learning. To help students empower their learning styles and find the right tools to make them successful learners. Not just in the classroom but in life. Giving them their confidence back- because lets face it when you struggle your confidence drops quickly!
